On Tuesday September 14, 2010 in Delphos Ohio The Health Path Foundation of Ohio hosted a luncheon to present the OBB to the citizens and agencies in Delphos and present Interfaith Thrift Shop Services Coordinator Becky Strayer with a $2,500 grant for the expansion of OBB in Delphos.
Delphos Interfaith Thrift Shop located at 102 N. Main Street is a new OBB site in West Ohio.
OBB Site Administrator Becky Strayer knew that she want to host the OBB at the Thrift Shop and she also know that she would need help. Becky took advantage of the Senior Employment Program and hired Patty Kline. Patty has volunteered at the Thrift Shop for a year and is very excited to be a OBB Counselor. The Senior Employment Program is a win-win on all around. The Thrift Shop gets a OBB trained counselor that will work 20 hours per week and Patty will receive training and a paycheck.
Becky Strayer and Patty Kline visit the OBB Mobile Express after the luncheon.
