On Spetember 26th, the Multifaith Council of NW Ohio will be having their Second Annual MultiFaith Harvest Festival at Monroe Street United Methodist Church, from 3:30 to 6:00 pm.
Speaking at event this event is Michael Szuberla, of Toledo GROWs, and Emmett Kadri, of The Islamic Center of Greater Toledo, and Jacqueline Cobb, of OASHF and The University Church.
This program will teach how and why to start a "faith garden" and offer thanks for the harvest and have local food and music.
There is a pot luck with free-range, chemical free chickens, Toledo GROWs chicken soup, vegetarian bean soup, Indian coconut rice, mulled cider, and assorted breads. People are invited to bring a dish (salads, vegetables, fruit, or deserts) to share. All are welcome!!!
